Most support traffic sits around sign-in, plan access, cancellation, and checkout questions, so the help route is designed to answer those first and keep students moving.

Use public routes to confirm coverage before asking for help

If the real question is whether a subject, topic, or paper route exists yet, the fastest answer usually comes from the public subject, revision-note, and past-paper pages rather than from support.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

Use Google, Apple, or enter your email address and we'll send you a secure sign-in link. There is no password to reset for email-link sign-in.

How do I change my email address?

Email changes are not self-serve yet. Contact info@revise-right.com from your current account email and we'll help you update it safely.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Account deletion is handled by support right now. Email info@revise-right.com from the address on your account and we'll process the request.

Do paid plans include a free trial?

Pro Monthly includes a 3-day free trial. The Exam Season Pass does not include a trial. It is a one-time payment and starts immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from billing settings. Access remains available until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout based on your region and device.
